{"id":42395,"date":"2016-03-30T15:11:41","date_gmt":"2016-03-30T15:11:41","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-03-30T15:11:41","modified_gmt":"2016-03-30T15:11:41","slug":"vidal-ya-tiene-a-sus-rompehuelgas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2016\/03\/30\/vidal-ya-tiene-a-sus-rompehuelgas\/42395\/","title":{"rendered":"Vidal ya tiene a sus rompehuelgas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Direcci&#xF3;n General de Cultura y Educaci&#xF3;n bonaerense confirm&#xF3; hoy que autoriz&#xF3; a escuelas afectadas por paro de auxiliares a contratar empresas privadas para realizar las tareas de limpieza y garantizar la continuidad del ciclo lectivo en los establecimientos en La Plata.<\/p>\n<p>La medida de fuerza, adoptada por los auxiliares enrolados en el Sindicato de Obreros y Empleados de Minoridad y Educaci&#xF3;n (SOEME) en reclamo de la &#x201C;reapertura de la paritarias&#x201D;, afecta desde hace unos 15 d&#xED;as a cerca de 7.000 alumnos del nivel primario, inicial, secundario y de la modalidad educaci&#xF3;n especial en la capital bonaerense.<\/p>\n<p>El titular de la cartera educativa bonaerense, Alejandro Finocchiaro, asegur&#xF3; hoy en declaraciones radiales que la medida &#x201C;de ninguna manera atenta contra los derechos laborales&#x201D; porque no se despide a trabajadores, sino que &#x201C;ellos no trabajan y nosotros tenemos que garantizar el derecho a la educaci&#xF3;n, que est&#xE1; por encima de muchos otros derechos&#x201D;<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, la cartera educativa autoriz&#xF3; el giro de recursos a las cooperadoras de las escuelas para la contrataci&#xF3;n de auxiliares de la educaci&#xF3;n as&#xED; como tambi&#xE9;n personal del servicio alimentario, para ponerle fin a la p&#xE9;rdida de d&#xED;as de clases por la retenci&#xF3;n de tareas &#x201C;por tiempo indeterminado&#x201D; que llevan adelante muchos porteros.<\/p>\n<p>La medida responde a una resoluci&#xF3;n judicial ante un recurso de amparo presentado por un grupo de padres de alumnos de la Escuela primaria N&#xB0; 16 &#x201C;Vicente L&#xF3;pez y Planes&#x201D;, de la ciudad de La Plata, quienes le exig&#xED;an a la Direcci&#xF3;n General de Cultura y Educaci&#xF3;n la regularizaci&#xF3;n del ciclo lectivo.<\/p>\n<p>Esa resoluci&#xF3;n establece el compromiso del gobierno bonaerense para garantizar el acceso inmediato de los menores al &#xE1;mbito escolar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Direcci&#xF3;n General de Cultura y Educaci&#xF3;n bonaerense confirm&#xF3; hoy que autoriz&#xF3; a escuelas afectadas por paro de auxiliares a contratar empresas privadas para realizar las tareas de limpieza y garantizar la continuidad del ciclo lectivo en los establecimientos en La Plata.
