Pero tampoco se puede prometer irresponsablemente una baja inmediata de impuestos porque heredamos d&#xE9;ficit y ser&#xED;a agravar el problema de entrada&quot;, sostuvo el funcionario.<\/p>\n<p>En una entrevista publicada este lunes por el matutino El Cronista, Lacunza explic&#xF3; que &quot;la perspectiva de mediano plazo es poder ir bajando la presi&#xF3;n tributaria a medida que recuperamos crecimiento y podamos ir bajando la restricci&#xF3;n presupuestaria&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;B&#xE1;sicamente Ingresos Brutos, que es un impuesto muy distorsivo y con al&#xED;cuotas muy altas en algunos sectores.<\/p>\n<p>Lo vamos a revisar caso por caso junto con el equipo de (silvina) Batakis&quot;, a&#xF1;adi&#xF3;. El economista evalu&#xF3; que la Provincia &quot;no escapa a la media nacional; hace cuatro a&#xF1;os que no crece ni genera empleo. Las cuentas p&#xFA;blicas est&#xE1;n estresadas&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>A su criterio, el gobierno de Daniel Scioli &quot;hizo un ajuste muy importante en 2012 y 2013. Cuando tuvo que pagar los aguinaldos desdoblados, en 2012, hubo una decisi&#xF3;n pol&#xED;tica de desengancharse de la dependencia de la Naci&#xF3;n y tom&#xF3; dos decisiones: un impuestazo, con subas al inmobiliario rural e ingresos brutos, y puso un pie sobre la obra p&#xFA;blica, es la provincia que menor parte de su presupuesto destina a gastos de capital.
