{"id":44319,"date":"2015-10-08T11:40:47","date_gmt":"2015-10-08T11:40:47","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2015-10-08T11:40:47","modified_gmt":"2015-10-08T11:40:47","slug":"reves-judicial-para-pablo-bruera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2015\/10\/08\/reves-judicial-para-pablo-bruera\/44319\/","title":{"rendered":"Rev\u00e9s judicial para Pablo Bruera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de sucesivas apelaciones en la Justicia, la Municipalidad de La Plata &quot;deber&#xE1; hacer entrega en forma inmediata&quot; de los respectivos C&#xF3;digos de Descuento al Sindicato de Obreros y Empleados Municipales de La Plata (SOEMLP), organizaci&#xF3;n sindical adherida a la Federaci&#xF3;n de Sindicatos Municipales Bonaerenses (FeSiMuBo) que lidera Rub&#xE9;n &apos;Cholo&apos; Garc&#xED;a.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de cuatro a&#xF1;os de litigio judicial, qued&#xF3; firme la sentencia dispuesta por el Tribunal del Trabajo N&#xB0; 1 de La Plata, y ratificada luego por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Asimismo, se le impuso al Departamento Ejecutivo platense el pago de todas las costas y honorarios de los abogados intervinientes en la causa.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el Delegado Normalizador del SOEMLP, y dirigente de la FeSiMuBo, Daniel Alarc&#xF3;n, cuestion&#xF3; al jefe comunal Pablo Bruera, por &quot;hacer caso omiso a las sentencias de las distintos tribunales intervinientes.<\/p>\n<p>Alarc&#xF3;n reproch&#xF3; &quot;los perjuicios econ&#xF3;micos que ocasion&#xF3; el jefe comunal platense a los contribuyentes de la ciudad por sostener una actitud claramente antisindical contra nuestro gremio, sin mencionar los da&#xF1;os y agravios perpetrados por esa administraci&#xF3;n contra trabajadores y dirigentes sindicales&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Por &#xFA;ltimo, advirti&#xF3; que &quot;desde la FeSiMuBo, encabezada por el compa&#xF1;ero Rub&#xE9;n &apos;Cholo&apos; Garc&#xED;a, se seguir&#xE1; con todos los caminos legales para que la Municipalidad de La Plata cumpla con la ley y con las respectivas disposiciones de la Justicia, velando siempre por la defensa de los intereses de todos los compa&#xF1;eros trabajadores municipales platenses&quot;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de sucesivas apelaciones en la Justicia, la Municipalidad de La Plata &quot;deber&#xE1; hacer entrega en forma inmediata&quot; de los respectivos C&#xF3;digos de Descuento al Sindicato de Obreros y Empleados Municipales de La Plata (SOEMLP), organizaci&#xF3;n sindical adherida a la Federaci&#xF3;n de Sindicatos Municipales Bonaerenses (FeSiMuBo) que lidera Rub&#xE9;n &apos;Cholo&apos; Garc&#xED;a.
