{"id":45510,"date":"2015-07-02T11:55:23","date_gmt":"2015-07-02T11:55:23","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2015-07-02T11:55:23","modified_gmt":"2015-07-02T11:55:23","slug":"es-ley-el-boleto-educativo-gratuito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2015\/07\/02\/es-ley-el-boleto-educativo-gratuito\/45510\/","title":{"rendered":"Es Ley el boleto educativo gratuito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La medida crea un r&#xE9;gimen especial de &quot;boleto para los usuarios del sistema de transporte provincial ferroviario, fluvial y de colectivo de pasajeros en sus servicios urbanos, suburbanos e interurbanos&quot;, destinado a &quot;alumnos pertenecientes a instituciones educativas p&#xFA;blicas de gesti&#xF3;n estatal y de gesti&#xF3;n privada con aportes del Estado en todos los niveles, incluidos los de formaci&#xF3;n profesional y bachilleratos populares&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>El boleto propuesto en el proyecto de ley ser&#xE1; gratuito y podr&#xE1; ser utilizado durante los d&#xED;as h&#xE1;biles del a&#xF1;o escolar, cubriendo la totalidad de las actividades educativas.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, deja en manos del Ejecutivo la reglamentaci&#xF3;n de la cantidad de viajes mensuales autorizados, que no podr&#xE1;n ser mayores a 50 viajes mensuales en el sistema urbano e interurbano para primario y secundario y 45 para el terciario y 4 viajes de ida y vuelta anuales de larga distancia para los estudiantes universitarios.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto la diputada provincial, Karina Nazabal, manifest&#xF3; que &#x201C;esta ley es un ejemplo de movilizaci&#xF3;n para los estudiantes secundarios y universitarios de todos los rincones de nuestra provincia, porque tuvieron que pasar m&#xE1;s de 30 a&#xF1;os de democracia para que hoy nos podamos encontrar en este momento&#x201D;.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Esta ley es la s&#xED;ntesis de lo que un pueblo organizado puede, de lo que una ciudadan&#xED;a organizada puede en la provincia de Buenos Aires.
