{"id":45957,"date":"2015-05-27T20:34:57","date_gmt":"2015-05-27T20:34:57","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2015-05-27T20:34:57","modified_gmt":"2015-05-27T20:34:57","slug":"macri-debera-competir-con-el-sello-pro-fed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2015\/05\/27\/macri-debera-competir-con-el-sello-pro-fed\/45957\/","title":{"rendered":"Macri deber\u00e1 competir con el sello PRO-FED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Junta Electoral de la Provincia de Buenos Aires reconoci&#xF3; al partido Propuesta Federal para el Cambio el car&#xE1;cter de persona jur&#xED;dico-pol&#xED;tica, sello con el que podr&#xE1; competir en territorio bonaerense el espacio que lidera el precandidato presidencial Mauricio Macri.<\/p>\n<p>A trav&#xE9;s de una resoluci&#xF3;n a la que tuvo acceso T&#xE9;lam, la Junta orden&#xF3; el registro como Partido Pol&#xED;tico Provincial y lo autoriz&#xF3; a utilizar la sigla &#x201C;PRO-FED&#x201D; en las elecciones de este a&#xF1;o.<\/p>\n<p>La creaci&#xF3;n del partido fue solicitada por los apoderados del PRO luego que la Junta Electoral rechaz&#xF3; un recurso de revocatoria en el que solicitaba la recuperaci&#xF3;n de su sello a nivel provincial para poder participar con esa denominaci&#xF3;n en las pr&#xF3;ximas elecciones.<\/p>\n<p>El planteo lo concretaron luego que en febrero pasado el organismo decret&#xF3; la caducidad de la personer&#xED;a pol&#xED;tica del partido que a nivel nacional lidera Mauricio Macri porque no hab&#xED;a obtenido en los comicios de 2011 y 2013 los votos de al menos el 2 por ciento del padr&#xF3;n electoral, tal como lo exige la ley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Junta Electoral de la Provincia de Buenos Aires reconoci&#xF3; al partido Propuesta Federal para el Cambio el car&#xE1;cter de persona jur&#xED;dico-pol&#xED;tica, sello con el que podr&#xE1; competir en territorio bonaerense el espacio que lidera el precandidato presidencial Mauricio Macri.
