Es por eso que se cre&#xF3; el sitio web www.codigoeducativo.org para recepcionar aportes al texto original del anteproyecto presentado en diciembre por el senador bonaerense Gustavo Oliva.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sitio se puede acceder al texto completo y enviar propuestas para su an&#xE1;lisis y posibles incorporaci&#xF3;n.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Desde distintos puntos de la provincia han enviado valiosas propuestas para la construcci&#xF3;n colectiva de una nueva escuela&#x201D;, enfatiz&#xF3; Oliva y agreg&#xF3; &#x201C;Con m&#xE1;s de 2900 visitas el sitio web promueve la participaci&#xF3;n de la comunidad en general para abrir a un debate con acciones concretas sobre qu&#xE9; escuela tenemos y qu&#xE9; escuela queremos&#x201D;.<\/p>\n<p>Gustavo Oliva preside la comisi&#xF3;n de Educaci&#xF3;n, Cultura, Ciencia y T&#xE9;cnica, del Senado, y desde all&#xED; impuls&#xF3; la redacci&#xF3;n del anteproyecto.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Es el resultado de m&#xE1;s de tres a&#xF1;os de trabajo de un equipo interdisciplinario con el que nos propusimos plantear modificaciones para mejorar la coherencia relacional de los textos e incorporamos una serie de innovaciones para una escuela acorde a los tiempos que corren, una escuela convocante en el sentido m&#xE1;s amplio de la expresi&#xF3;n e inclusiva para todos&#x201D;, destac&#xF3; el legislador.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta signific&#xF3; la reescritura del articulado de las principales leyes que rigen la educaci&#xF3;n en la Provincia, integrando los textos relacionados de la Ley de Educaci&#xF3;n N&#xBA; 13.688, del Estatuto del Docente y del Reglamento General de Instituciones Educativas, entre otras normas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proceso de configuraci&#xF3;n del Proyecto de C&#xF3;digo Educativo est&#xE1; en su etapa consultiva.
