{"id":46547,"date":"2015-03-30T15:01:45","date_gmt":"2015-03-30T15:01:45","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2015-03-30T15:01:45","modified_gmt":"2015-03-30T15:01:45","slug":"acuna-y-su-familia-en-el-foco-de-la-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2015\/03\/30\/acuna-y-su-familia-en-el-foco-de-la-justicia\/46547\/","title":{"rendered":"Acu\u00f1a y su familia en el foco de la justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mientras termina de delinear su lugar en el Frente Renovador, luego de los fuertes rumores de renuncia al espacio y reubicamiento pol&#xED;tico, Luis Acu&#xF1;a pone la mirada sobre lo que ocurre en la justicia por estas horas.<\/p>\n<p>Es que la causa por evasi&#xF3;n de impuestos por ocultamiento de bienes al fisco nacional, provincial y de la Ciudad Aut&#xF3;noma de Buenos aires que afronta el intendente de Hurlingham, Luis Acu&#xF1;a, junto a su esposa, la diputada nacional Azucena Echosor, y sus tres hijos, continua su curso y puede complicarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora la sospecha se posa en que los imputados posean, tambi&#xE9;n, bienes muebles y\/o inmuebles no declarados en el exterior. Por ello se libraron exhortos internacionales a Brasil y Uruguay a los efectos de cotejar si existen bienes a nombre de la empresa Fasiem SRL.<\/p>\n<p>Fasiem SRL es una sociedad integrada por los imputados desde el a&#xF1;o 2005 y que aparece como due&#xF1;a de una serie de inmuebles y veh&#xED;culos automotores de alta gama.<\/p>\n<p>La firma tiene como dato curioso en sus balances que sus gastos por compras de todo tipo exceden largamente los ingresos de la sociedad, dato&#xA0;que llam&#xF3; la atenci&#xF3;n de los investigadores.<\/p>\n<p>El delito que motiva la causa N 65.095\/14 contra Fasiem SRL es pasible de pena de prisi&#xF3;n de 2 a 6 a&#xF1;os para aquellos que mediante declaraciones enga&#xF1;osas, ocultaciones maliciosas o cualquier otro ardid o enga&#xF1;o, evadiere total o parcialmente el pago de tributos al Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Parece que Acu&#xF1;a y familia deber&#xE1; seguir el curso de lo que sucede en el plano legal, adem&#xE1;s de seguir de cerca el derrotero pol&#xED;tico que parece tenerlo debilitado en sus pagos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mientras termina de delinear su lugar en el Frente Renovador, luego de los fuertes rumores de renuncia al espacio y reubicamiento pol&#xED;tico, Luis Acu&#xF1;a pone la mirada sobre lo que ocurre en la justicia por estas horas.
