{"id":47217,"date":"2018-05-16T16:26:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-16T16:26:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-05-16T16:26:00","modified_gmt":"2018-05-16T16:26:00","slug":"sin-piedad-edesur-corto-el-servicio-electrico-a-33-976-hogares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2018\/05\/16\/sin-piedad-edesur-corto-el-servicio-electrico-a-33-976-hogares\/47217\/","title":{"rendered":"Sin piedad: Edesur cort\u00f3 el servicio el\u00e9ctrico a 33.976 hogares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A ra&iacute;z de una circular interna de Edesur, a la que tuvo acceso <strong>Primereando<\/strong>, se conoci&oacute; la decisi&oacute;n de la empresa el&eacute;ctrica de no permitir a los clientes que deben m&aacute;s de 10 mil pesos en sus facturas refinanciar la deuda o pagarla en cuotas. Producto de esa iniciativa y de los descontrolados tarifazos, 33.976 hogares se encuentran&nbsp;&nbsp;sin luz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En uno de los apartados de la circular, se establece: &ldquo;Si el cliente est&aacute; sin el suministro por falta de pago se debe abonar toda la deuda y no se los deriva al Call Center, de la misma forma en la que si un cliente se presenta en la oficina, si se encuentra cortado por falta de pago debe abonar la deuda completa, no se financia la deuda&rdquo;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para que uno de los clientes de Edesur pueda realizar gestiones a trav&eacute;s de un Call Center, el usuario &ldquo;debe estar con suministro y la deuda debe ser inferior o igual a los 10 mil pesos&rdquo;, reza el documento de la empresa el&eacute;ctrica, que luego agrega: &ldquo;Si la deuda es mayor a 10 mil tampoco se deriva al Call Center&rdquo;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El 4 de abril &uacute;ltimo, Edesur anunci&oacute; con bombos y platillos, un &ldquo;plan de facilidad de pago&rdquo;, que consiste en abonar las factura en 3 o 6 cuotas con inter&eacute;s y anticipo, expresi&oacute;n mentirosa que no encuentra soluci&oacute;n al drama de las consecuencias de los tarifazos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La empresa el\u00e9ctrica no s\u00f3lo suspendi\u00f3 el suministro de energ\u00eda a miles de argentinos, sino que endurece las condiciones para los morosos, quienes para restablecer el servicio deben pagar la totalidad de la deuda y sin financiamiento.
