y advirtieron que &ldquo;van a luchar para derogar la medida&rdquo;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; que &ldquo;este decreto se enmarca en una serie de decisiones que perjudican a los trabajadores, con firma de paritarias a la baja, jubilaciones compulsivas, despidos y ahora los retiros voluntarios que responden a un plan de gobierno para reducir la masa salarial y la precarizaci&oacute;n&rdquo;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; que el programa de retiros voluntarios implica un desfinanciamiento del Instituto de Previsi&oacute;n Social y en la obra social IOMA. Bajo el r&eacute;gimen, se retiran trabajadores con estabilidad y antig&uuml;edad, con aportes a la seguridad social. &ldquo;Menos trabajadores que aportan significa menos fondos para sostener jubilaciones. Uno de los aspectos m&aacute;s pol&eacute;micos es que el monto indemnizatorio no incluye el aguinaldo, como tampoco las horas extras y los vi&aacute;ticos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;
