La consecuencia directa es que los<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>bancos, principales inversores en estos instrumentos financieros, no tendr&iacute;an luego fondos para devolver los ahorros y&nbsp;crece el riesgo as&iacute; a un corralito.<\/p>\n<p>La informaci&oacute;n&nbsp;fue publicada por el diario Clar&iacute;n, en la columna semanal de&nbsp;Marcelo Bonelli.&nbsp;All&iacute;, el especialista en temas econ&oacute;micos del grupo de multimedios dijo que el Gobierno est&aacute; trabajando &quot;en secreto&quot; en esta alternativa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg&uacute;n Bonelli, &quot;es una sugerencia clave y concreta del FMI:<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>el compromiso ser&iacute;a canjear este peligroso d&eacute;ficit cuasi fiscal -con vencimiento a 30 d&iacute;as-, por&nbsp;bonos&nbsp;que tengan un a&ntilde;o de plazo&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Federico Sturzenegger&nbsp;negocia la suscripci&oacute;n con los banqueros. No ser&iacute;an compulsivos, pero s&iacute; muy atractivos para ellos: habr&iacute;a retribuciones considerables en caso de que acepten alargar los vencimientos&quot;, agreg&oacute;.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;El BCRA est&aacute; estudiando la emisi&oacute;n de pagar&eacute;s a un a&ntilde;o, una vez que el mercado se estabilice para atraer fondos&rdquo;, dice un informe de la consultora&nbsp;Ballanz Capital.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a la informaci&oacute;n que obtuvo el portal&nbsp;El Destape, el acuerdo ser&iacute;a con bonos a un a&ntilde;o y un canje compulsivo, similar al plan Bonex de inicios de la d&eacute;cada del &#39;90.
