El Concejo Deliberante de San Martín votó los proyectos presentados por Hernán Letcher (Unidad Ciudadana), Juan Eslaiman (Frente Renovador) y el bloque del oficialismo local, que rechazan la tentativa de vulneración de la Ley Provincial N° 10.606, que regula el servicio de las farmacias bonaerenses, a efectos de lograr la apertura de la cadena Farmacity en la Provincia de Buenos Aires. El proyecto impugna la pretensión de la cadena empresarial Farmacity, propiedad del Grupo de Inversión Pegasus, del cual forma parte Mario Quintana de instalarse en la Provincia de Buenos Aires y alerta sobre la posible transgresión de la ley N°10.606.<\/p>\n

Letcher declaró que “era trascendental aprobar este proyecto en defensa de actividad farmacéutica y sus trabajadores. Por cada FarmaCity que abre cierran nueve farmacias, eso es competencia desleal que además genera una concentración geográfica que va en detrimento de todos los vecinos. Por su parte Eslaiman expresó que "Es una cuestión de salud pública. Lo que buscan son excepciones e ingresar en la provincia sin las restricciones de la ley". También expuso la delicada situación judicial del vicejefe de Gabinete, Mario Quintana, en relación a las acciones que todavía posee en la cadena de farmacias y que conllevan a un conflicto de intereses.<\/p>\n

El expediente no contó con el apoyo del interbloque Cambiemos quienes se abstuvieron de votar y decidieron retirarse del recinto clausurando el debate. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
