{"id":47701,"date":"2018-06-15T20:59:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-15T20:59:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-06-15T20:59:00","modified_gmt":"2018-06-15T20:59:00","slug":"presentan-proyecto-de-ley-para-cuidar-los-fondos-de-la-anses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2018\/06\/15\/presentan-proyecto-de-ley-para-cuidar-los-fondos-de-la-anses\/47701\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentan proyecto de ley para cuidar los fondos de la ANSES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Diputada del Frente para la Victoria -PJ, Luana Volnovich,&nbsp;&nbsp;present&oacute; un proyecto de ley que busca proteger los fondos que componen el Fondo de Garant&iacute;a de Sustentabilidad (FGS) de la ANSES, ante los trascendidos de que el Gobierno podr&iacute;a disponer su venta por pedido del FMI.<\/p>\n<p>A cambio del pr&eacute;stamo por 50 mil millones de d&oacute;lares que el FMI le dio al Gobierno, se conoci&oacute; ayer una carta de intenci&oacute;n entre el organismo y el ejecutivo en la cual se describen varios puntos entre ellos la intenci&oacute;n de avanzar en el desmantelamiento del FGS.<\/p>\n<p>El texto de la carta de intenci&oacute;n que el Gobierno le present&oacute; al FMI se compromete a&nbsp;&ldquo;Amortizar activos de los fondos de pensi&oacute;n que se encuentran actualmente en posesi&oacute;n del gobierno como un medio para ayudar a financiar el pago de pensiones, incluyendo aquellas en la Ley de Reparaci&oacute;n Hist&oacute;rica&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Ante el peligro de que el gobierno liquide el FGS utiliz&aacute;ndolo para cubrir el d&eacute;ficit fiscal , la Diputada Volnovich present&oacute; un proyecto de ley de Protecci&oacute;n del Fondo de los Trabajadores y Jubilados Argentinos, el cual le proh&iacute;be a la Anses la venta de las participaciones accionarias de la Anses en las empresas, sin autorizaci&oacute;n del Congreso. A su vez, tambi&eacute;n proh&iacute;be la venta de activos que integran el FGS para financiar gastos corrientes y establece la prohibici&oacute;n de constituir y\/o estructurar fideicomisos con ello, algo que el Presidente Macri hab&iacute;a habilitado a trav&eacute;s de un decreto de necesidad y urgencia en enero pasado.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido Volnovich afirm&oacute; que: &ldquo;Esto es algo de lo que venimos alertando desde hace m&aacute;s de dos a&ntilde;os cuando comenz&oacute; el desguace previsional con la Ley de Reparaci&oacute;n Hist&oacute;rica y hoy vemos que se hace realidad&rdquo; y en referencia al FGS agreg&oacute; &ldquo;Van al liquidar los fondos de la seguridad social para cubrir el d&eacute;ficit y de esta manera destruir la sustentabilidad del sistema jubilatorio&rdquo;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lo present\u00f3 la diputada kirchnerista Luana Volnovich para proteger el Fondo de Garant\u00eda de Sustentabilidad. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-47701","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-actualidad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
