{"id":47762,"date":"2018-06-19T22:06:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-19T22:06:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-06-19T22:06:00","modified_gmt":"2018-06-19T22:06:00","slug":"supremo-de-brasil-juzgara-nuevo-recurso-de-libertad-de-lula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2018\/06\/19\/supremo-de-brasil-juzgara-nuevo-recurso-de-libertad-de-lula\/47762\/","title":{"rendered":"Supremo de Brasil juzgar\u00e1 nuevo recurso de libertad de Lula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por un pedido de la defensa el pasado 5 de junio, la segunda sala del Supremo Tribunal Federal de Brasil (STF) juzgar&aacute; el pr&oacute;ximo 26 de junio una nueva solicitud de libertad del exmandatario Luiz In&aacute;cio Lula da Silva.&nbsp;Este nuevo recurso busca suspender los efectos de la condena impuesta al exmandatario por el Tribunal Federal de la Cuarta Regi&oacute;n, por la cual se encuentra preso desde el 7 de abril pese a un proceso judicial sin pruebas en su contra.<\/p>\n<p>Los cincos jueces que conforman la sala constitucional debatir&aacute;n esta solicitud por la libertad de Lula y podr&aacute;n autorizar si el Supremo analiza el recurso. De ser aceptado, la defensa de Lula pide que el exmandatario contin&uacute;e enfrentando el proceso judicial en su contra en libertad, en correspondencia con el principio constitucional de la presunci&oacute;n de inocencia.<\/p>\n<p>La&nbsp;defensa de Lula&nbsp;ratifica en esta solicitud que hubo diversas irregularidades en el proceso contra el precandidato presidencial. Se&ntilde;alan la incompetencia del juez de primera instancia,&nbsp;Sergio Moro, para juzgar el caso y la falta de imparcialidad del juicio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte&nbsp;Lula da Silva sigue siendo el precandidato presidencial por el Partido de los Trabajadores (PT) para las elecciones de octubre pr&oacute;ximo, en las cuales se perfila como favorito seg&uacute;n las encuestas.
