El juez federal Luis Rodríguez sobreseyó al flamante presidente del Banco Central, Luis Caputo, y a su esposa de una denuncia realizada por diputados nacionales del Frente para la Victoria, quienes habían acusado penalmente a Caputo por negociación incompatible con la función pública y enriquecimiento ilícito. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La investigación de la causa sostenía que en el momento previo a asumir la función pública como secretario de Finanzas, Caputo compró dólar futuro a través de una firma llamada Axis que el mismo dirigía. Tiempo después, Caputo participó de las decisiones que determinaron el valor de la moneda norteamericana, beneficiándose con la devaluación del peso en millones.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

De esta manera, el magistrado sostuvo que "Ni el licenciado Luis Caputo ni su señora esposa” Ximena Ruiz Hanglin, sobrina del conductor de radio Rolando Hanglin, “han cometido fraude alguno contra la administración pública”.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 Además, el magistrado entendió que "no resulta dable efectuar un reproche penal a la conducta de adquisición y venta de contratos de dólar futuro llevado a cabo por Luis Caputo (mediante la cuenta compartida con su señora esposa, Ximena Ruiz Hanglin) en primer lugar si se tiene en cuenta la capacidad económica del nombrado, en virtud del patrimonio por él declarado en sus pertinentes presentaciones ante la OA". <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Más adelante, el juez federal Luis Rodríguez concluye: "Ni el fiscal, ni las personas denunciantes, han aportado siquiera un indicio que permita sospechar la adopción por parte del nombrado de una decisión funcional" que pudiera derivar en un "beneficio específico indebido a él o a las firmas" mencionadas en la causa, Edenor, Petrobras y Transportadora Gas del Sur.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
