Una denuncia que hab&iacute;a sido archivada por el juez&nbsp;Claudio Bonadio&nbsp;en primera instancia deber&aacute; reflotarse por orden de la C&aacute;mara Criminal y Correccional Federal. La acusaci&oacute;n:&nbsp;incitaci&oacute;n a la violencia y apolog&iacute;a del cr&iacute;men.<\/p>\n<p>La diputada de Cambiemos&nbsp;compar&oacute; a Hugo Moyano con Jimmy Hoffa, el desaparecido sindicalista estadounidense que fue declarado muerto en los 70. Ahora la C&aacute;mara orden&oacute; que se la investigue por los delitos mencionados.<\/p>\n<p>En una entrevista al diario El Pa&iacute;s de Uruguay, en febrero pasado, Carri&oacute; opin&oacute;&nbsp;&quot;c&oacute;mo cree que terminar&aacute;&quot;&nbsp;la lucha contra la corrupci&oacute;n kirchnerista.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Va a terminar bien. En Estados Unidos tambi&eacute;n un sindicalista pr&aacute;cticamente quiso tomar el pa&iacute;s (hace referencia a Jimmy Hoffa, l&iacute;der del sindicato de los camioneros acusado de tener v&iacute;nculos con la mafia).&nbsp;Moyano es una persona parecida.&nbsp;Argentina no puede seguir en manos de mafias, esta es la batalla que hay que dar, y la tiene que dar el Presidente&rdquo;, respondi&oacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Llermanos, abogado de Hugo Moyano, explic&oacute; que &quot;la causa no tiene fiscal porque en primera instancia hab&iacute;an considerado que se resolviera entre privados, pero que no era una causa p&uacute;blica.
