Lo acusan&nbsp;del formar parte del&nbsp;presunto secuestro de un ex legislador. Adem&aacute;s, Daniella Camacho, jueza de Garant&iacute;as Penales de la Corte Nacional de Justicia (CNJ), orden&oacute; la medida y confirm&oacute;&nbsp;que ya se emiti&oacute; una circular roja de Interpol para su captura internacional.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p532763-m982-8-983\">Por su parte, el ex mandatario que gobern&oacute; Ecuador entre 2007 y 2017, ya&nbsp;hab&iacute;a declarado desde el Consulado en B&eacute;lgica mediante videoconferencia en una vista voluntaria en la fase de investigaci&oacute;n del caso.&nbsp;Correa rechaza cualquier participaci&oacute;n, asegura que no existen pruebas sobre su presunta implicaci&oacute;n personal en los hechos, y denuncia que es objeto de una persecuci&oacute;n pol&iacute;tica y medi&aacute;tica.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p532763-m992-10-993\">Antes de conocerse la emisi&oacute;n de circular roja de Interpol, Rafael Correa se refiri&oacute; en su cuenta de Twitter a la petici&oacute;n del fiscal P&eacute;rez:&nbsp; &quot;Fiscal puesto a dedo, vinculaci&oacute;n sin ninguna prueba, jueza que se allana al desacato de la Asamblea Nacional, medida cautelar imposible de cumplir, etc. &iquest;Saben cu&aacute;nto &eacute;xito va a tener esta farsa a nivel internacional?
