De ese modo, hizo lugar&nbsp;a un pedido de un grupo de jubilados que solicitaron&nbsp;que se les aplique la actualizaci&oacute;n prevista por la ley de movilidad anterior, que era m&aacute;s beneficiosa que la actual.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El planteo discute la constitucionalidad de la reforma, ya que empeora la situaci&oacute;n de millones de jubilados al realizar la actualizaci&oacute;n de haberes con una f&oacute;rmula m&aacute;s perjudicial que la anterior.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, tras el dictamen del fiscal, deber&aacute; ser la Justicia Federal de la Seguridad Social la que resuelva el tr&aacute;mite.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el mes pasado la C&aacute;mara tambi&eacute;n fall&oacute; en contra de la reforma luego de una presentaci&oacute;n contra el aumento que se dispuso en marzo de 5,71%.
