En ese momento se tomaron medidas que alentaron el consumo y el cuidado. Ac&aacute; el desborde es mayor y no hay changas&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Consutado acerca de si el gobierno anterior baj&oacute; o no los &iacute;ndices de pobreza, o en cuanto los baj&oacute;, Salvia fue terminante: &quot;Con la canasta de la UCA la pobreza en 2003 estaba arriba del 60%&quot;.&nbsp;Dejando en claro que, el Kirchnerismo en 12 a&ntilde;os redujo la pobreza en m&aacute;s de un 50%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem&aacute;s, respecto de las estad&iacute;sticas oficiales, indic&oacute;: &quot;El efecto recesivo sobre el mercado interno hace que los sectores populares que tienen gran parte de sus ingresos de las changas o trabajos eventuales el cuarto trimestre va a ser el m&aacute;s grave de todos.
