Mientras que el intendente Martiniano Molina paga publicidad en redes sociales para hacer campa&ntilde;a con su fara&oacute;nico Metrobus, el abandono y la falta absoluta de inversi&oacute;n en infraestructura en los barrios populares de Quilmes, Solano y Bernal es obcena: falta de asfalto o calles mal hechas que empeoran las condiciones en lugar de mejorar, falta de entubamiento de los arroyos, falta de viviendas para las familias, desidia y contaminaci&oacute;n hacen de cada tormenta una pesadilla para miles de habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Ni la naturaleza, ni la casualidad.
