{"id":49806,"date":"2018-10-17T17:20:07","date_gmt":"2018-10-17T17:20:07","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-10-17T17:20:07","modified_gmt":"2018-10-17T17:20:07","slug":"impunidad-michetti-freno-la-investigacion-por-decreto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2018\/10\/17\/impunidad-michetti-freno-la-investigacion-por-decreto\/49806\/","title":{"rendered":"Impunidad: Michetti fren\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n por decreto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un&nbsp;decreto presidencial publicado este martes en el Bolet&iacute;n Oficial determin&oacute; el rechaz&oacute; el recurso jer&aacute;rquico presentado por el Fiscal Nacional de Investigaciones Administrativas&nbsp;contra la actuaci&oacute;n que tuvo el Ministerio de Comunicaciones en la condonaci&oacute;n de m&aacute;s de 70.000 millones de pesos al Correo&nbsp;Argentino, perteneciente a la familia presidencial.<\/p>\n<p>La norma est&aacute; firmada por la vicepresidenta&nbsp;Gabriela Michetti,&nbsp;y refrendada por el jefe de Gabinete,&nbsp;Marcos Pe&ntilde;a, ya que hace unos d&iacute;as,&nbsp;el presidente&nbsp;Macri se excus&oacute; de intervenir en el caso, por &quot;conflicto de intereses&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>El reclamo contra el ministerio de Comunicaciones, que era dirigido en aquel momento por Oscar Aguad, se basaban en las&nbsp;Resoluci&oacute;n N&ordm; 40 del 3 de mayo de 2018 de la Procuraci&oacute;n del Tesoro de la Naci&oacute;n.&nbsp;Al rechazarlo,&nbsp;se dio por clausurado el sumario administrativo ordenado por la Resoluci&oacute;n del 13 de febrero de 2017, y se declar&oacute;&nbsp;&quot;la inexistencia de perjuicio fiscal y de irregularidad administrativa imputable a agente alguno&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>En febrero de 2017, Macri, Aguad y Juan Mocoroa &#8211; funcionario del ministerio de comunicaciones- fueron denunciados por&nbsp;&quot;administraci&oacute;n fraudulenta, tr&aacute;fico de influencias y negociaciones incompatibles con la funci&oacute;n p&uacute;blica&quot;,&nbsp;tras conocerse de que el Estado le perdon&oacute; una deuda multimillonaria a una empresa del grupo Macri, que ten&iacute;a bajo su &oacute;rbita la administraci&oacute;n del Correo Argentino.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Minuto Uno<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Macri se hab\u00eda excusado hace unos d\u00edas y le pas\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n a la vicepresidenta, quien ahora no dio lugar a la apelaci\u00f3n de un fiscal <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[951,2638,2907],"class_list":["post-49806","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-pais","tag-correo-argentino","tag-corrupcion","tag-gabriela-michetti"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
