A horas de la sesión especial en Diputados que comenzará a las 11 de la mañana, las calles de alrededor del Congreso estarán cortadas. Desde esta medianoche y durante todo el miércoles será muy difícil circular por la zona.<\/p>\n

Este martes, en medio de una escandalosa sesión en la Comisión de Presupuesto de Diputados, el oficialismo consiguió las firmas necesarias para obtener dictamen y convocó a una sesión especial para mañana a las 11 en la que buscará dar media sanción al proyecto de Ley del Presupuesto 2019.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa, atravesada por un fuerte ajuste exigido por el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) y que tiene por principio rector alcanzar el déficit 0 el próximo año genera fuerte resistencia en gran parte de la oposición y organizaciones sociales.<\/p>\n

Por eso se prevé que el de mañana será un debate álgido en el recinto y con movilizaciones de rechazo en las calles.<\/p>\n

Frente a este escenario el gobierno de Mauricio Macri decidió "blindar" el Congreso tal como lo hizo cuando hizo pasar en diciembre pasado la polémica reforma previsional, debate que se dio en el recinto mientras en las calles las fuerzas de Seguridad al mando de la ministra Patricia Bullrich desataban una violenta represión contra los manifestantes.<\/p>\n
