{"id":50133,"date":"2018-11-05T13:56:48","date_gmt":"2018-11-05T13:56:48","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-11-05T13:56:48","modified_gmt":"2018-11-05T13:56:48","slug":"polemico-proyecto-antiinmigrante-y-contra-la-protesta-llega-al-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2018\/11\/05\/polemico-proyecto-antiinmigrante-y-contra-la-protesta-llega-al-congreso\/50133\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00e9mico proyecto antiinmigrante y contra la protesta llega al Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno present&oacute;, este lunes, un proyecto en el Congreso para avalar la represi&oacute;n a la protesta social y una criminalizaci&oacute;n hecha de los inmigrantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ser&aacute; a trav&eacute;s de&nbsp;modificaciones en el C&oacute;digo Penal,&nbsp;que endurecer&aacute;n las penas por&nbsp;interrumpir el tr&aacute;nsito&nbsp;y por&nbsp;violar la prohibici&oacute;n de ingresar al pa&iacute;s siendo extranjero.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa tiene dos objetivos principales:&nbsp;endurecer las penas por cortes de tr&aacute;nsito no autorizados y crear una figura penal para condenar a los extranjeros que entren al pa&iacute;s pese a no poder hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p>El propio presidente de la Naci&oacute;n Mauricio Macri orden&oacute; la&nbsp; redacci&oacute;n del proyecto para enviarlo al Senado para que empiece a debatirse despu&eacute;s del tratamiento del Presupuesto y a los legisladores propios mand&oacute; a militarlo sin reparo.<\/p>\n<p>El Senado ser&aacute; el que dar&aacute; el puntapi&eacute; inicial y&nbsp;se prev&eacute; que la discusi&oacute;n comience luego de que se apruebe el presupuesto 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de la Reforma en el C\u00f3digo Penal, el gobierno busca profundizar la represi\u00f3n de la protesta social y criminalizar a los extranjeros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-50133","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
