{"id":50314,"date":"2018-11-15T12:08:15","date_gmt":"2018-11-15T12:08:15","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-11-15T12:08:15","modified_gmt":"2018-11-15T12:08:15","slug":"el-senado-aprobo-el-presupuesto-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2018\/11\/15\/el-senado-aprobo-el-presupuesto-2019\/50314\/","title":{"rendered":"El Senado aprob\u00f3 el Presupuesto 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con 45 votos a favor, 24 en contra y una abstenci&oacute;n, el gobierno nacional pas&oacute; la prueba ante la mirada cercana del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI). Bloques provinciales y un sector del PJ fueron clave para la obtenci&oacute;n de una amplia mayor&iacute;a.<\/p>\n<p>El Senado de la Naci&oacute;n aprob&oacute; el Presupuesto 2019. Para los 45 votos que posibilitaron la aprobaci&oacute;n de la media sanci&oacute;n fue necesario gracias al respaldo de un sector del Partido Justicialista (PJ) que encabez&oacute; Miguel &Aacute;ngel Pichetto y de fuerzas provinciales.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de previsi&oacute;n de gastos para el a&ntilde;o pr&oacute;ximo contiene un &iacute;tem que es el que m&aacute;s se increment&oacute; con respecto al a&ntilde;o pasado: el pago de intereses de la deuda, que asciende a unos 596 mil millones de pesos. Mientras que se redujeron las partidas destinadas a Salud, Educaci&oacute;n y Ciencia y Tecnolog&iacute;a.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno estableci&oacute; como el objetivo central de este presupuesto el equilibrio de las cuentas p&uacute;blicas y alcanzar &quot;el d&eacute;ficit cero&quot;. As&iacute; lo manifest&oacute; el miembro informante del proyecto por el oficialismo, Esteban Bullrich. Agradeci&oacute; a diputados y gobernadores por el &quot;hist&oacute;rico esfuerzo de reducir el d&eacute;ficit fiscal al cero por ciento&quot; y festej&oacute; que &quot;lo estamos haciendo juntos reconociendo el sacrificio que demanda de los argentinos&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>El Presupuesto 2019 prev&eacute; una inflaci&oacute;n anual del 23 por ciento, una ca&iacute;da de la econom&iacute;a del 0,5 por ciento y un d&oacute;lar promedio de 40,50 pesos.
