Claudio Adrián Sánchez tenía 28 años y paró su moto junto al cordón de una vereda en San Miguel del Tucumán. Era la noche del martes de 6 de noviembre, cuando el sonido de una alarma llamó la atención del agente Víctor Hugo Carrizo,quien le dio la voz de alerta al joven, lo llevó detrás de una columna y a los pocos segundos le disparó a quemarropa en el cuello tras acusarlo de ladrón.<\/p>\n

Sánchez quedó tirado en el piso y malherido, desde donde fue llevado a la terapia intensiva del Hospital Padilla, donde murió ayer por la mañana.<\/p>\n

La situación comenzó cruzada por el ruido de la alarma, que provenía de la moto e hizo que vecinos del lugar acusaran al hombre de estar robándola. Sin embargo, luego de comprobó que era de él.<\/p>\n

Según informaron fuentes de la investigación, Cuezzo quedó detenido y declaró ante la justicia que "Sánchez se levantó la remera y sacó un arma de fuego que tenía en la cintura", con lo cual justificó el uso de su arma reglamentaria.<\/p>\n

Omar, padre de la víctima, contó a los medios locales que "la moto le pertenecía y la estaba empujando hasta su casa porque se había quedado parada en la esquina". Además, argumentó que "tenía un arma registrada a su nombre por distintos hechos de inseguridad que sufrió para cuidar a su familia, ya que era padre de dos bebés", agregó también.<\/p>\n
