Consecuencia de las políticas de ajuste que continúan golpeando duramente los ingresos de los trabajadores, los clubes de barrio crecen en el interior de la provincia que comanda la gobernadora Vidal.<\/p>\n

Una postal del 2001 que parecía sepultada en el pasado volvió a tomar fuerza en el presente, donde vecinos y vecinas del partido de Bahía Blanca que comanda el intendente de Cambiemos, Héctor Gay. intercambian objetos por artículos de primera necesidad, como alimentos y bebidas.<\/p>\n
