Si la Cámara Federal lo permite, el juez federal Sebastián Casanello investigará en profundidad cómo fue el financiamiento de la última campaña electoral de la diputada oficialista Elisa Carrió. Se sabe: Carrió se presenta como la principal luchadora contra la corrupción. Sin embargo, ahora será objeto de una investigación que buscará dilucidar si fue irregular la campaña de 2017. <\/p>\n

Según anticiparon fuentes judiciales a ámbito.com, el titular del juzgado en lo Criminal y Correccional N° 7 resolvió aglutinar en una misma causa penal dos denuncias sobre “aportantes truchos” en la campaña de 2017 de la lista Vamos Juntos, que encabezó la líder de la Coalición Cívica. El fallo completo donde se declara competente ya fue firmado. Se conocerá en breve, aseguró Ámbito. <\/p>\n

"Casanello no solo consideró que hay sospechas suficientes para profundizar las pesquisas. Cree que detrás del escándalo se esconde un fraudulento mecanismo de recaudación que podría configurar la ejecución de más de un delito. Por la cantidad de empresas proveedoras del Estado porteño vinculadas a la maniobra, la causa se encaminará a presunto lavado de dinero. En los Tribunales ya la consideran una 'bomba política'", siguió Ámbito. <\/p>\n

Las denuncias originales fueron presentadas por la ONG La Alameda y Margarita Stolbizer. "Critiqué mucho al Gobierno anterior porque vivían al margen de la ley, la ley era sólo para los giles, y estos hacen lo mismo", dijo la dirigente del GEN a radio Mitre el mismo día que llevó a la Justicia 150 casos de financiamiento "fraguado a través de falsos aportantes".<\/p>\n
