Tres mujeres venezolanas lograron escapar de un balneario de San Bernardo donde estaban sometidas a realizar trabajos sexuales y en el marco del operativo por trata fue detenido el empresario cercano al PRO Ismael “el Peque” García.<\/p>\n

El hombre fue dueño del local bailable Chavela durante muchos años, también había organizado la fiesta clandestina en la que murió ahogada la joven Emilia Uscamayta Curi, el 1 de enero de 2016.<\/p>\n

Las mujeres habían logrado escapar del parador local y llamar a la línea 145 de la Oficina de Rescate y Acompañamiento a las Personas Damnificadas por el Delito de Trata y, de acuerdo con su denuncia, habría más mujeres en las mismas condiciones, aunque ante el arribo de la Policía ya no se hallaban en el lugar.<\/p>\n

En ese momento, el proxeneta fue procesado por "homicidio simple con dolo eventual" y de hecho al inicio de la investigación el juez de Garantías Fernando Mateos había pedido su prisión preventiva, pero la Cámara resolvió a su favor y quedó en libertad, según informó el sitio 0221.<\/p>\n

En el marco de su detención por la causa de trata, García ya fue indagado y continuará detenido a disposición del juzgado federal N° 1 de Necochea, que se encuentra subrogando al juzgado federal de Dolores a cargo del juez Alejandro Ramos Padilla.<\/p>\n

Según reveló el portal 0221.com.ar, las mujeres habían sido captadas con engaños en localidades de la región metropolitana y llevadas a San Bernardo, donde fueron amenazadas, privadas de su libertad y presuntamente obligadas a brindar actividades sexuales.<\/p>\n
