Para la Justicia, el amparo presentado por seis clubes hace dos a&ntilde;os es &ldquo;abstracto&rdquo;, y orden&oacute; que las instituciones paguen la deuda acumulada, que ronda los 2 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de seis clubes de San Mart&iacute;n, encabezados por el Las Heras, San Andr&eacute;s y Tres de Febrero, que dos a&ntilde;os presentaron un recurso de amparo elaborado por el funcionario Alejandro Sengiali, que preside la instituci&oacute;n de Villa Ballester, para protegerse del abusivo aumento de tarifas que perjudicaban el normal desarrollo de las actividades deportivas y sociales de las que disfrutan miles de vecinos del distrito.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"multimedia\" data-asset=\"5c48e8731dd19f0a7f3a30a4\" data-description=\"\" data-html=\"\" data-multimedia=\"true\" data-thumbnail=\"360\" data-type=\"photo\" data-url=\"720\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>En el Club Las Heras pusieron un cartel avisando que la deuda es de 2 millones de pesos y que se ven en la obligaci&oacute;n de incrementar el costo de la cuota social.
