{"id":52577,"date":"2019-04-12T18:45:27","date_gmt":"2019-04-12T18:45:27","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-04-12T18:45:27","modified_gmt":"2019-04-12T18:45:27","slug":"otra-vez-presentaran-el-proyecto-de-ley-de-la-interrupcion-voluntaria-del-embarazo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2019\/04\/12\/otra-vez-presentaran-el-proyecto-de-ley-de-la-interrupcion-voluntaria-del-embarazo\/52577\/","title":{"rendered":"Otra vez presentar\u00e1n el proyecto de ley de la Interrupci\u00f3n Voluntaria del Embarazo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Campa&ntilde;a por el Aborto Legal Seguro y Gratuito acord&oacute; con diputados de diferentes fuerzas pol&iacute;ticas volver a presentar el pr&oacute;ximo 28 de mayo el proyecto de Interrupci&oacute;n Voluntaria del Embarazo (IVE), aunque no existen expectativa de que se pueda debatir en este a&ntilde;o electoral.<\/p>\n<p>La fecha elegida por el movimiento de mujeres para la presentaci&oacute;n de la iniciativita no es azarosa: ese d&iacute;a, la Campa&ntilde;a Nacional por el derecho al Aborto legal, Seguro y Gratuito celebra 14 a&ntilde;os de existencia y permanencia en las calles.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, el proyecto de ley se dar&aacute; a conocer el martes 28 de mayo y, desde las distintas organizaciones feministas, ya se est&aacute; convocando a acompa&ntilde;ar con un pa&ntilde;uelazo en la Plaza de los dos Congresos.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci&oacute;n genera altas expectativas, luego de que durante el 2018 se haya realizado un debate hist&oacute;rico sobre el tema en ambas C&aacute;maras. En Diputados tuvo media sanci&oacute;n con 129 votos a favor, 125 en contra y 1 abstenci&oacute;n, el 14 de junio; pero el 9 de agosto, el Senado lo rechaz&oacute;, con 38 votos en contra y 31 a favor.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto pretende legalizar el aborto hasta las 14 semanas, y habilita su pr&aacute;ctica en todas las instituciones de salud en forma gratuita. En el pa&iacute;s hay entre 47 mil y 52 mil hospitalizaciones al a&ntilde;o a consecuencia de abortos clandestinos mal realizados, y decenas de mujeres mueren por esa causa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ser\u00e1 el 28 de mayo pr\u00f3ximo en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados la Naci\u00f3n.
