"Me allanaron mi casa y no encontraron nada. Me hizo una inspección la AFIP y no encontró nada, absolutamente nada", describió el empresario de Electroingeniería Gerardo Ferreyra a través de un video que circuló en las redes sociales. Después de esas pericias, contó un encuentro con el fiscal Carlos Stornelli.<\/p>\n

Según Ferreyra, el fiscal macrista le aseguró: "Tengo buenas referencias de vos, si te arrepentís salís en libertad de inmediato. Si no, vas a la cárcel". "¿De qué tengo que arrepentirme?", le preguntó el empresario. Siguió Stornelli: "De haber colaborado con estos mugrientos, con Néstor Kirchner y Cristina Kirchner". Ferreyra es el único empresario que continúa preso en la causa de los cuadernos. <\/p>\n

De nuevo, habló Ferreyra: "Yo no tengo nada de qué arrepentirme. Participé de licitaciones. Algunas grandes gané, otras las perdí. Electroingeniería le bajó 40 a 45 por ciento los costos a la obra pública, comparada con lo que sucede en otros países de América Latina y Europa. Bajamos los valores de las empresas que hegemonizaron o cartelizaron el mercado. Y nuestras obras prestan un servicio hoy de alta perfomance. No tengo por qué arrepentirme tampoco por el desendeudamiento del país ni porque mandaron a la cárcel a los genocidas. No puedo arrepentirme porque durante la dictadura estuve nueve años preso. No puedo arrepentirme por mis hijos y mis nietos". El diálogo lo cerró Stornelli: "Si no podés arrepentirte, irás a la cárcel".<\/p>\n

Esa declaración fue aportada por el propio Ferreyra en una audiencia con la Cámara de Casación Penal, el 11 de abril de 2019.
