En el marco de la causa conocida públicamente como “La causa de las fotocopias de los cuadernos”, el juez Claudio Bonadío intimó a la editorial Sudamericana para evitar que la ex presidente reciba regalías de la venta de “Sinceramente”, su flamante libro.<\/p>\n

En consecuencia, ahora la editorial deberá entregar una copia del contrato con la senadora por Unidad Ciudadana, tal cual lo redactó por el propio Bonadío en una notificación que fue entregada este lunes al gerente general de Sudamericana por parte del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n

Cabe resaltar que este nuevo avance contra la senadora por Unidad Ciudadana se da al tiempo que Bonadío anunció que se tomará licencia del primero al quince de mayo, y será reemplazado en la mencionada causa por el juez federal Sebastián Casanello.<\/p>\n

Más allá del reemplazo, se prevé que Casanello no adopte ninguna decisión definitiva en la causa de las fotocopias, donde el fiscal federal Carlos Stornelli prepara el requerimiento de elevación a juicio oral y público que se presentará en breve.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el libro de 594 páginas que publicó la ex presidenta la semana pasada, agotó en las primeras 48 horas su primera impresión y es un fenómeno de ventas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
