El intendente de Bragado Vicente Gatica dispuso arbitrariamente de más de $14 millones destinados a la secretaria de Producción para trasladarlos al área de Desarrollo Social que conduce su hija, Natalia Gatica. En el medio, casi $3 millones fueron utilizados sin la aprobación del Concejo Deliberante local.<\/p>\n

Se trata de los fondos dirigidos al Promuil, un programa de empleo que le confirió al área de Producción $14.400.000, los cuáles fueron traspasados casi en su totalidad (unos $11.500.000) a la secretaría de la hija del jefe comunal para "ayudas sociales a personas", principalmente indigentes.<\/p>\n

De esa forma, el área acumuló la elevada suma de $30 millones, un número que parece desproporcionado para una comunidad de 40.000 habitantes. Si se proyectan los porcentajes de pobreza (32%)e indigencia (6,7%) a nivel nacional en la comunidad bragadense, el cálculo arroja un estimado de 12800 pobres y 2700 indigentes.<\/p>\n

Del total, sólo alrededor de $3 millones fueron utilizados en Producción, aunque su destino es indeterminado, ya que el municipio macrista omitió pasar por el Concejo Deliberante para que le apruebe sus erogaciones, por lo que el programa nunca se ejecutó como tal.<\/p>\n

El dinero para el Promuil había sido solicitado al propio cuerpo deliberativo por la entonces secretaria de Producción Leticia Calderón cuando se discutió el presupuesto para el año pasado, sin embargo, luego de los primeros movimientos sin aprobación de los ediles, la funcionaria renunció en medio de un enrarecido clima y Gatica reubicó los fondos en las arcas gestionadas por su hija a través del decreto 1852\/18, que también lleva la firma de su yerno y esposo de la funcionaria, el secretario de Gobierno Mauricio Tomasino.<\/p>\n
