El juez del Tribunal Oral Federal 1 Adrián Grunberg, que condenó a José López a 6 años de prisión por enriquecimiento ilícito, afirmó que el "dinero mal habido" que el exfuncionario llevó a un convento en General Rodríguez "era de él".<\/p>\n

"Consideramos que ese dinero mal habido era de él", sostuvo el magistrado. De esta manera echó por raíz la versión que el ex funcionario sostuvo a último momento, cuando aseguró que un exsecretario de la ex mandataria le pidió "esconder" esos fondos. Se comprobó que era mentira. <\/p>\n

Según el magistrado fue "una versión más que inverosímil y en ningún modo nos convenció". "Tuvimos por probado que efectivamente López tenía en su poder ese dinero, el famoso dinero de los bolsos y lo hemos condenado por enriquecimiento ilícito", agregó en diálogo con la prensa.<\/p>\n

En el marco de la persecución contra Cristina, principal dirigente de la oposición, López cambió su versión con la intención de pegar a CFK y salvarse él. Claro, con la complicidad de sectores de la Justicia y los medios de comunicación macristas. Sin embargo, la jugada no funcionó. <\/p>\n
