{"id":53748,"date":"2019-07-07T00:24:11","date_gmt":"2019-07-07T00:24:11","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-07-07T00:24:11","modified_gmt":"2019-07-07T00:24:11","slug":"imputaron-a-stanley-y-rubinstein-por-la-falta-de-vacunas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2019\/07\/07\/imputaron-a-stanley-y-rubinstein-por-la-falta-de-vacunas\/53748\/","title":{"rendered":"Imputaron a Stanley y Rubinstein por la falta de vacunas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Guillermo Marijuan imput&oacute; a la ministra de Salud y Desarrollo Social, Carolina Stanley, y al secretario de Salud, Adolfo Rubinstein, por violar la sentencia firme del Juzgado Federal de La Plata N&deg; 2, en donde se hizo lugar a la acci&oacute;n colectiva para que el gobierno cumpla con la vacunaci&oacute;n contra la bacteria del meningococo.<\/p>\n<p>Marijuan orden&oacute; numerosas medidas de prueba en la causa que se inici&oacute; con la denuncia contra Stanley y Rubinstein radicada por el diputado nacional Rodolfo Tailhade y la asociaci&oacute;n civil AJUS La Plata Berisso y Ensenada, por la suspensi&oacute;n de la aplicaci&oacute;n de la vacuna contra el meningococo a los ni&ntilde;os y ni&ntilde;as de 11 a&ntilde;os de edad.<\/p>\n<p>El 23 de agosto de 2018, el Ministerio de Salud y Desarrollo Social de la Naci&oacute;n comunic&oacute; que &ldquo;con respecto a la vacuna antimeningoc&oacute;cica, se acord&oacute; la estrategia de priorizar a los grupos m&aacute;s vulnerables de 3, 5 y 15 meses de vida y posponer la dosis de los 11 a&ntilde;os hasta contar con la disponibilidad necesaria&rdquo;.
