{"id":53984,"date":"2019-07-26T19:43:11","date_gmt":"2019-07-26T19:43:11","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-07-26T19:43:11","modified_gmt":"2019-07-26T19:43:11","slug":"la-compraventa-de-inmuebles-en-la-provincia-cayo-36-9-en-junio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2019\/07\/26\/la-compraventa-de-inmuebles-en-la-provincia-cayo-36-9-en-junio\/53984\/","title":{"rendered":"La compraventa de inmuebles en la Provincia cay\u00f3 36,9% en junio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un relevamiento realizado por el Colegio de Escribanos bonaerense dio a conocer que la compraventa de inmuebles en la provincia de Buenos Aires cay&oacute; 36,9% en junio respecto de igual mes de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>En montos, la ca&iacute;da fue de 18,5% ($15.592 millones en 2019 y $19.122,5 millones en 2018), con un alza interanual de 29,3% en el valor del acto de compraventa promedio ($2,4 millones en 2019 y $1,8 millones en 2018), Public&oacute; el sitio Infogei.<\/p>\n<p>En la comparaci&oacute;n de junio contra mayo de este mismo a&ntilde;o, hubo una merma de 16% en la cantidad de escrituras (en mayo pasado se hab&iacute;an registrado 7.725). En el mismo per&iacute;odo, los montos disminuyeron 13,3% ($ 15.592 millones en junio y $17.986 millones en mayo).<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las operaciones con hipoteca, en junio se registraron 391, 43,7% menos con relaci&oacute;n a mayo de este a&ntilde;o, cuando se hab&iacute;an registrado 694.
