El juez Alejo Ramos Padilla procesó  al periodista Daniel Santoro, luego de verificar que el periodista que participaba de Animales Sueltos, sabía que D´Alessio realizaba labores de inteligencia, espionaje e investigación criminal sin poseer ningún tipo de facultad legal para ello y, en lo que concierne al caso concreto, y se servía de ellas pese al notorio conocimiento de su origen ilícito”.<\/p>\n

Además en el marco de la causa que investiga un presunto entramado de espionaje ilegal, el juez Ramos Padilla le prohibió a Santoro salir del país y le trabó un embargo por tres millones de pesos.<\/p>\n

En el mismo fallo, el magistrado agregó la falta de merito dictó respecto de la supuesta comisión de asociación ilícita. El periodista Daniel Santoro  está siendo investigado Santoro son los del ex directivo de Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA) Gonzalo Brusa Dovat y el empresario dueño de la petrolera OPS, Mario Cifuentes.<\/p>\n
