La decisi&oacute;n lleg&oacute; despu&eacute;s de que el propio fiscal, Ramiro Gonz&aacute;lez, concluyera que el delito no existi&oacute;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El sobreseimiento benefici&oacute; tambi&eacute;n a los empresarios&nbsp;&nbsp;Ignacio Rosner y Santiago Dellatorre y deja a todos al borde de la libertad.&nbsp;Los abogados defensores quedaron en condiciones de pedir los excarcelamientos ante&nbsp; el Tribunal Federal Oral 3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A fines de diciembre de 2017, el juez Julian Ercolini los proces&oacute; a los dos empresarios y a Echegaray por defraudaci&oacute;n al Estado y dispuso la detenci&oacute;n de los dos primeros por entender que quisieron enga&ntilde;ar a la justicia.
