El consumo de leche cayó a los valores más bajos en casi 30 años y preocupa la disparada del precio. El producto lácteo es uno de los pilares de la canasta básica alimentaria y forma parte de un rubro afectado por la megadevaluación.<\/p>\n

Según el Observatorio de la Cadena Láctea Argentina, en el último año la leche aumentó cerca de un 95% y el consumo por habitante retrocedió a 176 litros, la cantidad más baja desde 1990.<\/p>\n

La asociación de consumidores Deuco informó que en los últimos 12 meses la suba de la leche llega al 92,7%. En esa línea, Osvaldo Bassano, de la Asociación de Defensa de los Derechos de los Usuarios y Consumidores (ADDUC), afirmó al portal Página 12 que "la empresa La Serenísima tiene el 90% de la comercialización y venta de los productos lácteos y decide el precio gracias a la enorme concentración".<\/p>\n

Deuco informó que el precio de la leche en sachet entera y descremada La Serenísima pasó de $44,20, en agosto de este año, a $48,70 pesos en septiembre, lo cual representa un encarecimiento del 10%. Lo mismo pasó con la ultra entera con hierro (pasó de $45,60 a $50); la leche entera reducida en lactosa (de $46,60 a $51,30); y la leche UAT, entera o descremada (de $53 a $58,20). A su vez, los precios en los productos lácteos aumentaron hasta un 42,9% entre mayo y octubre de este año.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
