La situación coincide además con que en diciembre próximo termina su mandato, que no pudo reelegir, lo cual parece haber sido un motivo de peso para iniciar los trámites con los que solicita un haber por discapacidad.<\/p>\n

D´Amico asegura que las enfermedades preexistentes se le agravaron «por ser opositor» al PJ en la provincia, consigan el sitio informativo Infonews..<\/p>\n

Gabriel es «Gabi» para su padre, el poderoso líder sindical Antonino D’Amico, del Sindicato Unión Obreros y Empleados Municipales (SUOEM) y, según consignó el Diario de Cuyo, «Gabi» presentó los papeles el 17 de septiembre último en la ANSES.<\/p>\n

Según los papeles médicos, D´Amico padece colitis ulcerosa, una enfermedad autoinmune que afecta al intestino grueso, le produce hemorragias, úlceras, pérdida de peso y anemia. Además, indicó que tiene un marcapasos por una patología cardíaca, trombosis y alta miopía.<\/p>\n

“Tengo que repetir los estudios y luego ellos evaluarán si supero el 66% de discapacidad”. Recién ahí es Anses quien define el porcentaje que cobraré de jubilación“, explicó Gabriel Antonio.<\/p>\n

Si la Anses acepta la solicitud, D´Amico gozaría de una buena pensión por discapacidad a sus 38 años, teniendo en cuenta que su último sueldo de bolsillo fue de 139 mil pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
