{"id":55234,"date":"2019-11-04T13:31:05","date_gmt":"2019-11-04T13:31:05","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-11-04T13:31:05","modified_gmt":"2019-11-04T13:31:05","slug":"el-gobierno-aplica-el-impuesto-a-los-combustibles-postergado-desde-mayo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2019\/11\/04\/el-gobierno-aplica-el-impuesto-a-los-combustibles-postergado-desde-mayo\/55234\/","title":{"rendered":"El gobierno aplica el impuesto a los combustibles postergado desde mayo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno resolvi&oacute; aplicar el incremento al impuesto a los combustibles l&iacute;quidos postergado en cuatro oportunidades desde mayo &uacute;ltimo, a trav&eacute;s del decreto 753\/2019 publicado este lunes en el Bolet&iacute;n Oficial.<\/p>\n<p>El mismo modific&oacute; las fechas establecidas en un decreto anterior, y determin&oacute; que para los hechos imponibles que se perfeccionen desde el 1 de setiembre y hasta el 31 de octubre &uacute;ltimos, deber&aacute;n mantenerse los montos del impuesto que correspondan al 31 de agosto de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente ese plazo hab&iacute;a sido fijado hasta el 30 de noviembre, y reci&eacute;n a partir del 1 de diciembre comenzaba a aplicarse la suba total del gravamen.<\/p>\n<p>En cambio ahora, se estableci&oacute; que desde el 1 de noviembre &uacute;ltimo deber&aacute; considerarse el incremento total en los montos del impuesto.<\/p>\n<p>As&iacute;, para los hechos imponibles que se perfeccionen entre el 1 y el 30 de noviembre, ambas fechas inclusive, el incremento en los montos del impuesto ser&aacute; de $ 0,142 por litro para las naftas, y de $ 0,27 para el gasoil.<\/p>\n<p>Los productos alcanzados por la medida son nafta sin plomo, hasta y de m&aacute;s de 92 RON, nafta virgen, y gasoil.<\/p>\n<p>El impuesto a los combustibles se previ&oacute; que se actualizase por trimestre calendario sobre la base de las variaciones del &Iacute;ndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC), considerando las variaciones acumuladas desde enero de 2018, inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el Gobierno desde el 28 de mayo &uacute;ltimo posterg&oacute; en cuatro oportunidades, hasta la actual aplicaci&oacute;n del incremento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A poco m\u00e1s de un mes de la retirada de la gesti\u00f3n de Cambiemos, se resolvi\u00f3 aplicar el incremento al impuesto a los combustibles l\u00edquidos postergado en cuatro oportunidades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-55234","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
