Tras varias idas y vueltas en torno a la actualización del protocolo para la Interrupción Legal del Embarazo (ILE), el secretario de Salud de la Nación, Adolfo Rubinstein presentó su renuncia en una extensa carta.<\/p>\n

Luego de que el presidente Mauricio Macri junto al jefe de Gabinete, Marcos Peña y la ministra de Desarrollo Social y Salud, Carolina Stanley derogaran, en apenas 24 horas, la actualización del protocolo, Rubinstein advierte que Macri buscaba "garantizar los derechos que están consagrados en nuestro Código Penal y refrendados por el fallo FAL de la Corte Suprema de Justicia".<\/p>\n

Además, Rubinstein dijo que la resolución que se publicó el miércoles pasado en el Boletín Oficial fue "lamentablemente derogada", y en el mismo tono aseguró que la actualización del protocolo de 2015 daba una "entidad jurídica y normativa que varias provincias reclamaban para reforzar las acciones necesarias del equipo de salud para realizar la ILE en las personas gestantes, incluidas las niñas y adolescentes, en condiciones seguras y con los mejores estándares de calidad".<\/p>\n
