{"id":55628,"date":"2019-12-02T16:25:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-02T16:25:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-12-02T16:25:00","modified_gmt":"2019-12-02T16:25:00","slug":"el-anuncio-de-alberto-fernandez-por-el-dia-mundial-de-la-lucha-contra-el-sida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2019\/12\/02\/el-anuncio-de-alberto-fernandez-por-el-dia-mundial-de-la-lucha-contra-el-sida\/55628\/","title":{"rendered":"El anuncio de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez por el D\u00eda Mundial de la Lucha contra el Sida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de D&iacute;a Mundial de la Lucha contra el Sida, que se conmemora cada 1&deg; de diciembre, el futuro presidente Alberto Fern&aacute;ndez anunci&oacute; que el Estado volver&aacute; a &ldquo;asumir su responsabilidad en la respuesta al VIH&rdquo; ya que garantizar&aacute; su tratamiento, financiar&aacute; la investigaci&oacute;n y garantizar&aacute; la Educaci&oacute;n Sexual Integral.<\/p>\n<p>En esa l&iacute;nea, el mandatario electo asegur&oacute; que tiene el &ldquo;compromiso&rdquo; y la &ldquo;decisi&oacute;n pol&iacute;tica&rdquo; de &ldquo;asegurar el tratamiento, expandir el testeo, ampliar la distribuci&oacute;n de preservativos, financiar la investigaci&oacute;n y garantizar la ESI&rdquo; para hacer frente a la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los cuatro a&ntilde;os de Mauricio Macri a frente del Estado, el presupuesto asignado a programas de prevenci&oacute;n del HIV, como los testeos gratuitos o la entrega de preservativos, disminuy&oacute; considerablemente, como tambi&eacute;n la cobertura gratuita del tratamiento para portadores de HIV se vio afectada por la falta de medicamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el reclamo de las organizaciones especializadas en prevenir y tratar la enfermedad es que no pierda estado parlamentario la ley nacional de sida y enfermedades de transmisi&oacute;n sexual (ITS) que adecuar&iacute;a a las condiciones actuales la ley sancionada en 1990.
