El juez federal Claudio Bonadio, conocido los últimos años por encabezar casi todas las causas contra Cristina Kirchner, absolvió al jefe de Gobierno porteño y al ex ministro de Transporte de Macri sin investigarlos previamente en la causa por el supuesto direccionamiento de las obras más costosas del Paseo del Bajo a la constructora Lecsa.<\/p>\n

Bonadio decidió absolver a Horacio Rodríguez Larreta y a Guillermo Dietrich sin tomarles declaración indagatoria. El hecho ocurrió el 27 de diciembre. Justo antes del inicio de la feria de verano y de las vacaciones del magistrado.<\/p>\n

La causa por la megaobra del Paseo del Bajo se había abierto en diciembre de 2018 tras un dictamen de la fiscal Mángano. Se basó en un informe de la Auditoría General porteña y en una investigación preliminar de la Procuraduría de Investigaciones Administrativas (PIA), a cargo del fiscal general Sergio Rodríguez, quien también podrá acompañar la eventual apelación del fallo.<\/p>\n

Las denuncias sostienen que las autoridades alteraron las reglas establecidas en el pliego de la licitación para favorecer a Iecsa y que así la empresa del primo de Macri, Ángelo Calcaterra, se quedó con el tramo más caro de la obra por $ 3.183 millones. <\/p>\n

Tras algunas medidas de prueba, el juez concluyó que “en base a los elementos extensamente analizados, no cabe más que concluir en la inexistencia de actos irregulares o ilícitos”.  <\/p>\n
