Los Macri y las offshore fueron parte del escándalo y el desparpajo de millonarios al frente del poder político de un país. Gianfranco, hermano del expresidente Mauricio, le reconoció en su momento a la AFIP haber sido dueño de una empresa fantasma en Suiza donde tenían más de cuatro millones de dólares en las cajas de seguridad.<\/p>\n

Tiempo después, Gianfranco regularizó su situación ante el fisco tras ser denunciado por la Procuraduría de Criminalidad Económica y Lavado de Activos (Procelac), en diciembre de 2016, en base a información enviada por la fiscalía federal de Hamburgo sobre movimientos sospechosos en una cuenta de la sociedad en el banco UBS, en Alemania.<\/p>\n

Ahora, preocupado por el clima político y a sabiendas de los atropellos cometidos desde el poder Gianfranco Macri decidió irse a vivir a Uruguay donde el flamante presidente Luis Lacalle Pou convocó a 100 mil empresarios para llevar sus dólares en vista a las reformas financieras que permitirán al país hermano fortalecer su posición de paraíso fiscal.<\/p>\n

Mientras el verano esteño continúe, Gianfranco y su mujer están en Punta del Este, en la casa que tienen en el barrio cerrado Laguna Estate. Esa propiedad estuvo a la venta por US$ 2,5 millones después de que, la noche del 31 de diciembre de 2015, fuera asaltada mientras ellos estaban pasando la fiesta de Año Nuevo en casa de Valeria Mazza. Bajo perfil y salidas a reuniones con amigos es por ahora el esquema de Gianfranco en Uruguay, donde decidieron radicarse.<\/p>\n

Gianfranco tomó la decisión con su esposa mientras sus hijas, sobrinas de Mauricio, tampoco viven en Argentina. Ambas están radicadas en Estados Unidos y una de ellas puso en marcha un emprendimiento en Miami por tres millones de dólares.<\/p>\n
