El Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo y la AFIP anunció este jueves el lanzamiento de una moratoria fiscal que apunta a aliviar a deudores monotributistas y pymes. La medida incluirá una quita de hasta 42 por ciento de los intereses, condonación total de multas y planes de pago de hasta diez años. “No podemos seguir perdiendo 48 pymes por día”, resaltó el titular del ministerio, Matías Kulfas.<\/p>\n

Ante las dificultades de pagos que tienen hoy en día las pequeñas y medianas empresas, la moratoria permitirá pagar deudas en planes de hasta 10 años en el caso de deuda tributaria, y hasta cinco años en caso de mora por aportes previsionales.<\/p>\n

Según detalló el portal Página 12, de acuerdo a los últimos datos de la AFIP, entre 2015 y 2019 cerraron 24.505 empresas. El sector más afectado a lo largo de ese período fueron las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas. Los empleadores con hasta 10 trabajadores explican el 91 por ciento del total de empresas afectadas por la crisis.<\/p>\n

La moratoria forma parte del programa de recuperación integral impulsado por el Gobierno. Ofrece un mecanismo para frenar la asfixia financiera que experimentan las empresas y les da tiempo para ordenarse hasta tanto se recupere la situación económica. Durante el primer año, la tasa de interés será fija, del 3 por ciento mensual; y luego será variable.<\/p>\n

En los planes de pago vigentes, sin quita porque para ello se requiere una ley del Congreso, la tasa de interés que está cobrando la AFIP es del 2,5 por ciento mensual. Se prevén planes de pago de hasta 120 cuotas para las obligaciones tributarias y aduaneras, mientras que en el caso de deudas por aportes y retenciones habrá hasta 60 cuotas.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la titular de la AFIP, Mercedes Marcó del Pont, remarcó la importancia de la inmediatez en la adhesión, al explicar que "la magnitud de los beneficios que se otorgan van a estar asociados a que se entre más rápidamente". Asimismo, adelantó que "en las próximas semanas vamos a estar sacando un régimen que atienda la situación de empresas más grandes que tienen deuda tributaria y previsional".<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
