El fiscal Gerardo Pollicita imputó este viernes a Javier González Fraga, presidente del Banco Nación durante el gobierno de Macri, en la causa que investiga el posible delito de las autoridades de la entidad por permitir a la cerealera Vicentín acumular una deuda $18.500 millones en contra de las normativas del banco.<\/p>\n

También fueron imputados Alberto Padoán y Gustavo Nardelli, directivos de la compañía cerealera, que fue la principal aportante de dinero en la campaña presidencial de Macri en 2019. Padoán fue involucrado también en la causa que se inició a partir de las fotocopias de los cuadernos del chofer Oscar Centeno.<\/p>\n

Vicentin es la principal aceitera de Santa Fe y una de las más grandes del país. En diciembre de 2019 entró en proceso de “reestructuración de pagos” a partir de una situación de “estrés financiero” y entró en cesación de pagos por una deuda de poco más de $23.500 millones, $18.500 millones corresponden a un crédito con el Nación y representan más del 20% del patrimonio computable de la entidad.<\/p>\n

La denuncia se inició por un informe del ex diputado y economista Claudio Lozano, designado director del Banco Nación por el gobierno de Alberto Fernández. El documento explicitó que Vincentin "a través de sus subsidiarias, fue el principal aportante a la campaña presidencial de Mauricio Macri. Por diferentes empresas de su grupo realizó una donación total de $13.500.000".<\/p>\n

Además de la imputaciones, Pollicita pidió varias medidas de prueba al juez Julián Ercolini quien tiene a su cargo la investigación. Además que tanto Lozano como Eduardo Hecker, actual presidente del Banco Nación, declaren como testigos.<\/p>\n
