Con&nbsp;la resoluci&oacute;n 86\/2020, la Secretar&iacute;a de Comercio Interior inform&oacute; que&nbsp;&quot;deben&nbsp;garantizar los derechos esenciales de la poblaci&oacute;n&nbsp;y su goce efectivo, siendo un inter&eacute;s prioritario tener asegurado el acceso sin restricciones a los bienes b&aacute;sicos, especialmente aquellos tendientes a la protecci&oacute;n de la salud individual y colectiva&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Los precios establecidos por esta medida&nbsp;&quot;no podr&aacute;n ser alterados durante un per&iacute;odo de&nbsp;noventa d&iacute;as&nbsp;corridos&quot;. El documento se&ntilde;ala que&nbsp;&quot;corresponde extremar la m&aacute;s activa intervenci&oacute;n de las autoridades ante la situaci&oacute;n excepcional derivada de la cr&iacute;tica situaci&oacute;n sanitaria provocada por el Covid-19, cuya propagaci&oacute;n a nivel mundial resulta de p&uacute;blico conocimiento&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>El Ejecutivo fue advertido acerca de los irrazonables aumentos de precio y por ende se vieron en la obligaci&oacute;n de frenar a los productores que aprovecharon la situaci&oacute;n. Desde el Gobierno&nbsp;explicaron que&nbsp;&quot;no resultan razonables con las estructuras de costos de producci&oacute;n&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Adem&aacute;s, el documento afirma que se&nbsp;intimar&aacute;&nbsp;a las empresas&nbsp;que forman parte integrante de la cadena de producci&oacute;n, distribuci&oacute;n y comercializaci&oacute;n del alcohol en gel y sus insumos que no respeten la norma, lo que tambi&eacute;n tendr&aacute;n que informar semanalmente a la Subsecretar&iacute;a de Acciones para la Defensa de las y los Consumidores los precios de venta de tales bienes durante el per&iacute;odo de vigencia de la resoluci&oacute;n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El producto costar\u00e1 lo mismo que sal\u00eda antes del 15 de febrero.
