{"id":57195,"date":"2020-03-20T13:49:49","date_gmt":"2020-03-20T13:49:49","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-03-20T13:49:49","modified_gmt":"2020-03-20T13:49:49","slug":"suspension-total-de-los-servicios-de-transporte-automotor-interurbano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/03\/20\/suspension-total-de-los-servicios-de-transporte-automotor-interurbano\/57195\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspensi\u00f3n total de los servicios de transporte automotor interurbano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la resoluci&oacute;n 21 publicada hoy en el Bolet&iacute;n Oficial, el funcionario instruy&oacute; a los operadores de servicios automotor interurbanos de pasajeros a &quot;reprogramar los servicios que se suspendan o reintegrar el importe de los pasajes dentro del plazo de cuarenta y cinco (45) d&iacute;as&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Para dar cumplimiento a las recomendaciones del Ministerio de Salud de la Naci&oacute;n, los operadores deber&aacute;n adoptar las medidas que resulten necesarias para evitar la aglomeraci&oacute;n de pasajeros en las estaciones terminales de transporte automotor&quot;, a&ntilde;adi&oacute; la normativa.<\/p>\n<p>En paralelo, se aprob&oacute; un protocolo &quot;Plan de emergencia en el transporte terrestre automotor de pasajeros y de carga COVID-19&quot; y otro de &quot;Emergencia en el transporte fluvial&quot;, en consonancia con las medidas adoptadas en jurisdicci&oacute;n nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El subsecretario encomend&oacute; a la Direcci&oacute;n Provincial de Fiscalizaci&oacute;n de la Subsecretar&iacute;a de Transporte &quot;profundizar y adoptar las medidas que resulten necesarias con el fin cumplimentar&quot; esas determinaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi&eacute;n, &quot;establecer las excepciones por razones de car&aacute;cter sanitario y\/o humanitario y\/o necesarias para el cumplimiento de tareas esenciales en el marco de la emergencia decretada&quot;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El subsecretario de Transporte bonaerense dispuso desde las cero de hoy y hasta las 24 horas del 24 de marzo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[738,1687,4194],"class_list":["post-57195","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-actualidad","tag-coronavirus","tag-ministerio-de-transporte","tag-subsecretaria-de-transporte"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
