{"id":57882,"date":"2020-04-29T16:46:47","date_gmt":"2020-04-29T16:46:47","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-04-29T16:46:47","modified_gmt":"2020-04-29T16:46:47","slug":"la-justicia-cruzo-a-larreta-y-lo-obliga-a-proteger-a-los-trabajadores-de-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/04\/29\/la-justicia-cruzo-a-larreta-y-lo-obliga-a-proteger-a-los-trabajadores-de-salud\/57882\/","title":{"rendered":"La Justicia cruz\u00f3 a Larreta y lo obliga a proteger a los trabajadores de salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La&nbsp;Justicia&nbsp;orden&oacute; ayer&nbsp;martes al&nbsp;Gobierno&nbsp;de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires que entregue elementos sanitarios de protecci&oacute;n a los trabajadores que se desempe&ntilde;an en el &aacute;rea de la&nbsp;salud, para evitar que contraigan la enfermedad covid-19, causada por el nuevo coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>El juez V&iacute;ctor Trionfetti exhort&oacute; a brindar &quot;todos los elementos para una adecuada protecci&oacute;n a fin de evitar el contagio de Covid 19&quot;, seg&uacute;n se&ntilde;al&oacute; en su resoluci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado, titular del Juzgado Contencioso, Administrativo y Tributario N&ordm; 15, observ&oacute; que hay un &quot;riesgo de agotamiento de insumos&quot; y un &quot;colapso de la log&iacute;stica&quot; al responder de manera favorable a un pedido de amparo que present&oacute; la Asociaci&oacute;n de Trabajadores del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>En su fallo, Trionfetti tambi&eacute;n orden&oacute; que se constituya &quot;una mesa de di&aacute;logo (f&iacute;sica o virtual)&quot; en la que deber&aacute;n participar el jefe de Gobierno, Horacio Rodr&iacute;guez Larreta, adem&aacute;s del jefe de gabinete y los ministros de Salud y Econom&iacute;a, junto a los demandantes del sindicato.<\/p>\n<p>La ciudad de Buenos Aires posee diecinueve hospitales especializados, trece hospitales generales de agudos y dos hospitales de ni&ntilde;os.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Es decir, existe una estructura organizacional muy diversa y especializada en el &aacute;rea de salud.
