El Ministerio de Salud confirmó que se registraron 9 nuevas muertes. Cinco hombres, dos de 74 y 38 años, residentes en la provincia de Buenos Aires, dos de 73 y 83 años residentes en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (CABA), uno de 75 años, residente en la provincia de Chaco; y cuatro mujeres, dos de 85 y 83 años, residentes en la provincia de Buenos Aires, una de 91 años, residente en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, y otra, de 64 años, residente en la provincia de Río Negro. Al momento la cantidad de personas fallecidas es 314.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Además  este lunes fueron confirmados 244 nuevos casos de COVID-19. Con estos registros, suman 6.278 positivos en el país. A la fecha, el total de altas es de 1.837 personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Del total de esos casos, 932 (14,8%) son importados, 2.802 (44,6%) son contactos estrechos de casos confirmados, 1.835 (29,2%) son casos de circulación comunitaria y el resto se encuentra en investigación epidemiológica.<\/p>\n

Por otra parte se supo que ayer fueron realizadas 2.140 nuevas muestras y desde el inicio del brote se realizaron 85.158 pruebas diagnósticas para esta enfermedad, lo que equivale a 1.876,7 muestras por millón de habitantes.<\/p>\n

Hasta el momento las principales franjas etarias afectadas de los casos registrados corresponden a personas de entre 20 y 59 años, siendo la edad promedio de 41 años.<\/p>\n
